Nomadic Nation has its first World Cup Trek's beneficiary onboard. "It [Grassroot Soccer] is an amazing organization," says Tony Perez, Vice President of Nomadic Nation "and we are excited to have them as one of our charity recipients for WCT 2010". Nomadic Nation has further plans for finding additional charity recipients for its much anticipated World Cup Trek, but as of yet has not found any that pass their stringent application process. "We try to be as diligent as possible in finding our Trek participants and are urging Nomad Citizens to suggest their own, as long as they operate within Africa to aid children" adds John Lovejoy, President of Nomadic Nation.

Nomadic Nation's website launched today amidst great fanfare from the adventure travel community. With Trabant Trek behind them they are now reaching for more ambitious project results. "I loved it [Trabant Trek] and would do it again, if I knew then what I know now," comments Carlos Gey, Director of Operations for Nomadic Nation, "which is why we wanted to take that success and knowledge and push forward".

Pushing forward they certainly are, with a grander vision of what they term "the socially conscious traveler". With the launch of their website today also came the launch of their "What-are-you-doing-in-2010?" campaign, which they hope will stir the average desk worker to become just this sort of traveler and sign up for their latest project, World Cup Trek 2010.
