Drive half the world's circumference in plastic cars... who thought this was a good idea? At first we figured it was just us here at Nomadic Nation, but as the Trabant Trek gleaned international fame we realized everyone wants to do something like this, even if it's just vicariously.
From Germany to Cambodia through 21 countries... it took twice as long as planned, we broke down 140 times more than we expected, but we raised a pretty penny and got international coverage promoting organizations from every corner of our route that work with children.
